Project Estimating & Estimator Requirements
To bid, we welcome; but require a bid package with specifications and drawings to scale drawn by a licensed engineer or architect. Inco does not accept loose dimensions, hand-drawn layout sketches, or unverified structural material bills of lading due to North Carolina public protection codes and safety coordination rules.
All compliant documentation packages must be uploaded via email or submitted through an official corporate project management portal link for active estimator coordination.

The Owner's Philosophy: No Shortcuts. Built to Last.
John Inman believes strongly that true craftsmanship requires patience and precision. We take the necessary time on every single job, regardless of scope, budget, or size, to execute the build perfectly the first time without cutting corners.
Our mandatory concrete curing phase proves Inco’s unyielding commitment to excellence. Whether we are pouring foundational footings, executing an engineered monolithic slab system, or finishing expansive concrete paving, we strictly protect and allow our concrete to cure to its maximum design strength. We refuse to rush milestones because we don't just build for today—we build to endure for generations.
